HERE IS A GLANCE AT THE RESULTS

On Saturday, December 14, 2013, Houston voters for the most part ignored this runoff elections. Only 5,388 of the 70,734 registered voters in DISTRICT A actually voted in this runoff election. Only 5,752 of the 110,678 registered voters in DISTRICT D actually voted in this runoff election. Only 3,531 of the 62,833 registered voters in DISTRICT I actually voted in this runoff election. Only 36,127 of the 956,380 registered voters in the City of Houston actually voted in HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL AT-LARGE POSITION #2 runoff election. Only 36,127 of the 953,380 registered voters in the City of Houston actually voted the HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL AT-LARGE POSITION #3 runoff election. Only 3,052 of the 83,695 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT I actually voted in this runoff election. Only 3,433 of the 70,754 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT III actually voted in this runoff election. Only 3,593 of the 91,840 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT V actually voted in this runoff election.

Brenda Stardig vs. Helena Brown

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT A: Brenda Stardig won by receiving 2,734 votes or 51.11% of the vote. Helena Brown only received 2,615 or 48.89% of the vote. Only 5,388 of the 70,734 registered voters in DISTRICT A actually turned out to vote. That means this race was decided by 7.62% of the registered voters in this district. Only 5,388 of the 70,734 registered voters in DISTRICT A actually voted in this runoff election.

Georgia D. Provost vs. Dwight Boykins

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT D: Dwight Boykins won by receiving 3,960 votes or 70.08% of the vote. Georgia Provost only received 1,691 or 29.92% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 5.20% of the registered voters. Only 5,752 of the 110,678 registered voters in District D actually voted in this runoff election.

Graci Garces vs. Robert Gallegos

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT I: Robert Gallegos won by receiving 1,819 or 52.68% of the vote. Graci Garces only received 1,634 votes or 47.32% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 5.62% of the registered voters. Only 3,531 of the 62,833 registered voters in District I actually voted in this runoff election.

David Robinson vs. Andrew Burks, Jr.

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL AT-LARGE POSITION #2: David D. Robinson won by receiving 16,776 votes or 51.03% of the vote. Andrew C. Burks, Jr. only received 16,101 or 48.97% of the vote. That means this race was determined by 3.79% of the registered voters. Only 36,127 of the 956,380 registered voters in the City of Houston actually voted in this runoff election.

Michael Kubosh vs. Roy Morales

RUNOFF RESULTS HOUSTON CITY COUNCIL AT-LARGE POSITION #3: Michael Kubosh won by receiving 18,019 votes or 53.35% of the vote. Roy Morales only received 15,753 votes or 46.65% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 3.79% of the registered voters. Only 36,127 of the 953,380 registered voters in the City of Houston actually voted in this runoff election.

Yolanda Navarro Flores vs. Zeph Capo

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HCC TRUSTEE FOR DISTRICT 1: Zeph Capo won by receiving 1,569 votes or 52.99% of the vote. Yolanda Navarro Flores only received 1,392 votes or 47.49% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 3.65% of the registered voters. Only 3,052 of the 83,695 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT I actually voted in this runoff election.

Adriana Tamez vs. Herlinda Garcia

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HCC TRUSTEE FOR DISTRICT 3: Adriana Tamez won by receiving 1,706 or 52.51% of the vote. Herlinda Garcia only received 1,543 or 47.49% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 4.85% of the registered voters. Only 3,433 of the 70,754 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT III actually voted in this runoff election.

Phil Kunetka vs. Robert Glaser

RUNOFF RESULTS FOR HCC TRUSTEE FOR DISTRICT 5: Robert Glaser won by receiving 2,013 votes or 59.61% of the vote. Phil Kunetka only received 1,364 or 40.39% of the vote. That means this race was decided by 3.91% of the registered voters. Only 3,593 of the 91,840 registered voters in HCC DISTRICT V actually voted in this runoff election.
